Consultant Approval Requirements Window

The Consultant Approval Requirements window allows you to specify procedure code ranges and the consultants required for those procedures.

Field Description
From / To

Text fields that indicate the first and last procedures in the range of codes for this record.

The ellipsis is used to display the Procedure Codes List window and select procedure codes.

Frequency

A text field that indicates the number of procedures within the range that a student enters before they require consultant approval for the treatment plan.

Examples:

  • Enter 1 if consultant approval is required every time.
  • Enter 2 if consultant approval is required every other time.
Consult Req'd

A drop-down list that indicates which Consultant Type applies to this record.
Task Procedure
Add Consultant Approval Requirements
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Consultant Approval Requirements
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Consultant Approval Requirements
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Consultant Approval Requirements report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Consultant Approval Requirements report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Consultant Approval Requirements report uses the consappr.rpt file.
